Mothers & Others For Clean Air is seeking vendors to participate in our Winter Garden Party & Holiday Market on Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at Salesforce Tower Atlanta. The Holiday Market will showcase local artisans who provide handmade craft items, baked goods, holiday items, floral arrangements, and other goods.
There are several ways you can participate as a vendor in our Winter Garden Party & Holiday Market:
Donate an item to our silent auction.
All donors will be recognized at the event, on our social media, and on our website.
Table at our Holiday Market.
All vendors will be provided with a designated space in the Salesforce Tower penthouse suite, free parking, a 6′ table and solid black tablecloth, and chairs, along with complimentary food and beverages during the event. We will recognize vendors on our social media and on our website.
We request a $50 vendor fee, which will be collected after applications are reviewed and accepted.
Donate food or beverages to serve at the Winter Garden Party.
All donors will be recognized at the event, on our social media, and on our website. We will prominently display donor information and contact details at the event.
We are particularly seeking caterers to provide hors d’oeuvres, preferably in individual servings. We anticipate needing enough to serve 100 guests.

- Set up from 3:30-5:30 PM, breakdown from 8:30-9:00 PM
- We anticipate approximately 100 attendees at the event.
In order to ensure our event is as environmentally conscious as possible, no balloon displays or confetti can be used at the venue.
