The Southern Alliance for Clean Energy has released a new report titled “Tracking Decarbonization in the Southeast: 2019 Generation and Carbon Emissions Report.” The report looks at carbon emissions for utilities in the southeast, from Florida to the Carolinas to Alabama and Tennessee.
