Mothers and Others Board Member Anne Mellinger-Birdsong did double duty for clean air on Friday, February 24th. After participating in a training session for Morehouse School of Medicine students, she joined partner organizations in downtown Atlanta to rally for clean air and strong pollution regulations. As a physician with experience in public health and patient care, Mothers and Others is fortunate to have such a skilled advocate who can speak from professional experience on the importance of protecting air quality for children as well as adults of all ages.
