India is adding almost 5600 electric buses to its fleet. This will save about 300 million gallons of fuel and reduce CO2 emissions by 2.6 million tons. This will reduce air pollution immediately and help with global warming.
Your city or county can also replace aging buses with electric buses. Contact your school system, transit agency, or commissioners to ask them to do this. It will be good for everyone’s health, now and in the future.
